What do you think Marlene will do with the information she learns at the end?

Nothing. Marlene lived in her own version of reality. Her denial of the truth was epic and she would never give up her hatred of Noa. Besides, I think she knew all along what had really happened and that Noa was on death row because of her.

I agree with eileenp. I got the impression that Marlene was going to bury the manuscript without reading it. If she read it, it would be harder to deny her own role in her daughter's death. If she buried it unread, she could continue to insist on her own version of the truth without having to confront Noa's version.

I gathered that Marlene was going to bury the information in the plot next to Sarah's grave. I think she was afraid of what she would find in it, so she preferred to ignore it. I don't get the symbolism of her wearing the bracelet, though. Was she wearing it because she saw it as a symbol of her exoneration in the whole affair?

All of the above. There was absolutely nothing noble about Marlene. She was a selfish, vindictive woman whose spite inflicted everyone close to her, including her daughter. Her treatment of Ollie showed her true character. There is no way she would ever admit any portion of her own guilt and she certainly had no intention of vindicating Noa.
